Reprint Policy

If an error occurs due to our fault, please contact customer support via live chat or email. Reprints will be processed on the same day if submitted before noon, and on the next business day if submitted thereafter. Reprints are limited to one per document; any additional reprints may incur a standard reprint fee. Should the error result from your input (e.g., typographical errors, incorrect graduation dates), reprint fees may apply.

Reprints will be shipped utilizing the same method you selected for your initial order. In some instances, upgrades for shipping may be offered at BuyDiplomOnline’s discretion.

Order Cancellation

• Not Shipped: Cancellation is feasible, minus a cancellation fee.
